Use of your Personal Information
Your data is stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act, and we keep all the personal information you provide entirely confidential. We will never pass any personal or commercial data provided in any communication to any other party, except to the organisations processing the data essential to the delivery of our service.
If you contact us by any means, including e-mail, we will only use the information provided to process your enquiry and complete any work on your behalf. This may include passing relevant personal information to the EU Enquiry Centre at the European Commission in order that your enquiry may be processed. Copies of e-mail messages are stored on European Law Monitor´s mail servers and computer systems.
Our website monitors customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide online, but during this monitoring process we gather no information from site users which may be used to identify any individual or organisation.
